REACHH-Family Resource Center is guided by the belief that all children and their families deserve to be protected, supported, empowered and provided with the opportunity to live lives free of violence and abuse; and that services be family centered.
By providing access to a comprehensive and coordinated array of needed services including: outreach, crisis intervention, advocacy, information, referrals and linkages, multi-disciplinary service planning, case management, counseling, group support, material aid, community education and children's recreational and educational programs, the staff and volunteers of REACHH-FRC will respond to problems of family and peer violence and abuse, juvenile delinquency and related issues; provide community education to professionals, parents, children and youth of the community at large; and facilitate efforts to provide a coordinated community response to these problems.
Services available through REACHH-Family Resource Center include:
Family Resource Center; After School Programs; Summer Fun Program; Birth To Three; Partners In Prevention; Parents As Teachers; Child Advocacy Center; Legal and Systems Advocacy and Support for Victims of Domestic Violence and Abuse; Community and School Presentations.

REACHH-FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER
The property that houses the Family Resource Center and the Child Advocacy Center was generously donated by the Levine Family Foundation. Our services are funded through the Team for WV Children, WV Department of Health and Human Resources, Prevent Child Abuse WV, Hollowell Foundation, and also Levine Famiy Foundation, Hinton Area Foundation, and the WV Division of Criminal Justice Services (WVDCJS).
