REACHH-FRC provides Birth To Three (BTT) service coordination services. Birth To Three serves children who have delays in their development or who are at risk for delays. The goal of service coordination is to keep BTT team members on track, arrange necessary team meetings, and to provide linkage and referral to families. In the BTT system, families choose their own service providers.
